2016 Joint Rotary Xmas Tree Sale Benefits Many

The Mount Kisco Rotary Club was part of a three-club cooperative effort to sell Christmas trees.  Working with the Bedford-Armonk club and the NEW (North East Westchester) club, the effort raised more than $21,000.00

 

The three clubs made a joint contribution of $1,500.00 to the Community Center of Northern Westchester.  The photo shows leaders of the three clubs presenting their contribution to the Center on Friday, January 29, 2016.

 

The rest of the money raised was divided among the three clubs to support each club's chosen causes.  The Mount Kisco Rotary Club supports many local charities including the Food Bank/Food Pantry, the Boys & Girls Club, the Appalachian Service Project and local recreation programs.
